• State issued driver's license
• Canadian or Mexican driver's license issued by approved agency
• United States passport
• CA Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation issued identification card (if in custody)

• Valid form of identification
• Document(s) to be notarized, you can complete the document ahead of the appointment but DO NOT SIGN IT.
• No acceptable forms of i.d.? Two witness with valid i.d. who can attest you are who you say you are are required.

• Jurats, Acknowledgements - $15 per signature, per document + travel
